6. Platform-Wide Deposit Policy
- We understand that transparency is crucial, and our Platform-Wide Deposit Policy aims to establish a clear and consistent approach to deposits across all services and offerings. It's our way of showing that your trust and satisfaction remain at the forefront of our priorities. Our Deposit Policy is designed to enhance your experience and streamline the booking process. This policy has been meticulously crafted with your convenience and security in mind, offering a seamless and reliable method to secure reservations.
- Payment and Booking Policy:
- Welcome to our Payment and Booking Policy, carefully crafted to ensure your convenience, transparency, and data security. Here's a breakdown of the key points:
- Cancellation and Refund:
- We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they have the flexibility to do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled treatment. By adhering to this timeframe, the client will be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds encompass either the initial deposit amount or the full payment for the treatment, excluding a minor processing fee of £1.99.
- It's important to be aware that if a deposit was required and the client cancels within 48 hours of the treatment or fails to attend, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- If you decide to prepay the full amount for your booking and then need to cancel within 48 hours of your treatment, please be aware that the deposit will be non-refundable.
- Rescheduling:
- Life can be unpredictable, and we're here to accommodate changing circumstances. Should the client need to reschedule their booking, the previously paid deposit will seamlessly carry over to the new appointment. All the client needs to do is coordinate the new date and time with the same service provider.
- To ensure a smooth rescheduling process, we request that the client kindly informs us at least 48 hours prior to the booked treatment. By doing so, the client can easily make the necessary adjustments with their service provider.
- If you've paid in full upfront and need to reschedule within 48 hours of your booking, we're unable to accommodate the change. You'll have to cancel and re-book for the desired date. Please note that the deposit amount is non-refundable.
- Remaining Balance and Secure Payments:
- For bookings that require a deposit, any outstanding balance will be processed securely once the treatment is successfully completed.
- No-Show Policy:
- We value commitment to booked appointments. In the event of a no-call and no-show situation, where the client fails to attend the booked treatment without prior communication, the full amount of the booking will be retained.
- For a more comprehensive understanding of our policies, we encourage you to explore our dedicated Terms and Conditions page. Your peace of mind and overall experience are of utmost importance to us. Should you have any inquiries or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Your satisfaction and security remain our foremost priorities.
